North Carolina Governor issued <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncdot.gov\/initiatives-policies\/environmental\/climate-change\/Documents\/zev-memorandum-of-understanding.pdf\">Executive Order 271<\/a>, establishing the Multi-State Medium- and Heavy-Duty Zero Emission Vehicle, to require manufacturers of medium and heavy-duty  vehicles to increase the number of their North Carolina fleets zero-emission starting by 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why is this important?
