The funding is rooted in Colorado\u2019s landmark $5.4 billion transportation legislation, 2021\u2019s\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/leg.colorado.gov\/bills\/sb21-260\" target=\"_blank\">Senate Bill 260<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How will this be important?
