The numbers behind the new miles driven fee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>33% fee reduction for trucks<\/li><li>8.1 cents\u00a0per mile fee for delivery and freight trucks inlet of the diesel tax of 73 cents a gallon <\/li><li>3X the cost for a car that drives 13,000 miles per year at an average of 25 mpg<\/li><li>$15 billion a year needed for transportation funding annually in Pennsylvania to meet transportation needs<\/li><li>$1 fee for package delivery<\/li><li>$1.11 fee for each ride share ride<\/li><li> $5 (up from $3) state vehicle rental tax <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How will this be important?
