Aligning with Executive Order 1, Build Back Better investments the President by Executive Order will :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>require 1\/2 of all new vehicles sold in 2030 zero-emissions vehicles, including battery electric, plug-in hybrid electric, or fuel cell electric vehicles<\/li><li>Require development of long-term fuel efficiency and emissions standards to save consumers money, cut pollution, boost public health, advance environmental justice, and tackle the climate crisis.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why is this important? The rational is economic competitiveness with China plus clean air goals, climate change and keeping investments in the U.S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How will this be important?
