OR passed a law that prohibits real estate agents from including love letters from prospective buyers with their offer to sellers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why is this important? A law suit says the law infringes on the free speech of buyers who should be able to share their passion and story with a seller.  The goal of the legislation was to \u201chelp a seller avoid selecting a buyer based on the buyer\u2019s race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, marital status or familial status.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How will this be important? Some say discrimination issues are already covered in the law.
