The<a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/docket\/docketfiles\/html\/public\/19-1039.html\"> US Supreme Court <\/a>is hearing a case between the State of New Jersey and a Pipeline on whether the pipeline can take state land for its project. I want to say this a goose and gander situation, but I&#8217;ll withhold. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why is this important? Eminent Domain cases getting tricky the multiple constitutional rights overlap. Like when land is owned by a Church, or in this case, when <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How will it be important?
